Probe launched into illegal use of 5.4 GHz spectrum, with
further investigations into more operators planned
The Nigerian Communications Commission is investigating four
operators for engaging in illegal usage of spectrum, reports The Nigeria
Guardian.
The News Agency of
Nigeria reports that the four operators are Steam Communications, Netcom
Africa, SwiftTalk and Multi-dimension Technologies, all located in Lagos.
Salisu Abdu, the head
of the enforcement(GTB).
