Two female suicide bombers killed at least six people at a
textile market in Kano, less than two weeks after a series of blasts killed
more than 100 at a mosque in northern Nigeria’s biggest city.
Another nine people were injured in today’s attack, Adenrele
Shinaba, police commissioner for Kano state, said at the scene of the bombings
in the Kwari market. The area has been secured and injured taken to hospital
