International Mountain Day is an opportunity to create
awareness about the importance of mountains to life, to highlight the
opportunities and constraints in mountain development and to build partnerships
that will bring positive change to the world’s mountains and highlands.
National Noodle-Ring Day!
Across the country, December 11 annually celebrates National
Noodle Ring Day.
National Noodle Ring Day could possibly be about the little
round pasta noodles that make up a delicious pasta salad or a number of other
pasta dishes or that kids (of all ages) love to use in different craft
projects, including gluing them together to make snowflakes, which is perfect
for this time of year.
